The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables of any service will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work (SOW).

Use of Website

You agree to use the Trionex website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond in a timely manner to requests, approvals, and feedback
  
• Ensure they have legal rights to any data, content, or materials shared with Trionex
  
  

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation may affect timelines and costs.

Payments & Pricing

• All pricing, payment terms, and milestones will be defined in the project agreement or proposal.
  
• Payments must be made according to agreed timelines.
  
• Late payments may result in project suspension or delayed delivery.
  
• Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information exchanged during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

Third-Party Tools & Services

Trionex may use third-party platforms, frameworks, APIs, or tools (e.g., Odoo, cloud providers, payment gateways). Trionex is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trionex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  
• Trionex does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of software after deployment.

Warranties Disclaimer

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Trionex makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, commercial outcomes, or regulatory approvals unless explicitly agreed.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination terms defined in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
  
• Access to deliverables may be limited until dues are cleared
  
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Data Protection & Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Trionex takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

Trionex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
